Beware of E. Simental Concrete, owned by Ernesto Simental and Jessica Jimenez! They have been reported to underbid on jobs to secure business with legitimate invoices upon every payment, but they do not intend to finish the job nor carry out the work. The contractors have a reputation of taking advantage of their clients as they only quote a low price to win bids, then overcharge for the remaining work or disappear without completing the project.
One victim reported that they were quoted $12,000 for a particular project but ended up losing $8,400 to the contractors who did not show up to finish the job. After hiring another concrete worker, the victim discovered that the entire job needed to be redone from scratch. Despite their malicious actions, the contractors continue to advertise their services on marketplaces and Facebook.
